Shipping

At Creative Comfort, we work hard to ensure your order is shipped quickly and with care.

- Shipping costs within the Netherlands are €3.95. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.

- We ship using PostNL and/or DHL, depending on availability and speed.

- International shipping is available. Shipping fees for countries outside the Netherlands may vary and will be displayed at checkout. We are currently working on optimizing our international shipping process.

- Orders are packed the same day and dropped off at a shipping point within 24 hours.

- We ship 365 days a year, including weekends and holidays.

- Once your order is processed, you will receive a track & trace code via email so you can follow your package.

- Please note: Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order is placed.

Returns

We hope you love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your item.

- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to register your return.

- Returns are free – we cover the return shipping costs.

- To start a return, email us at contact@creative-comfort.com. We will send you a PDF return label to use for your package.

Return conditions:

- The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

- The hang tag must still be attached to the label.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

- If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us at contact@creative-comfort.com.

- Please include clear photos of the damage and the tag still attached to the shirt.

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your payment in full.

- As a small gesture for the inconvenience, we’ll also send you a 20% discount code for your next order.
